Some thoughts on lighting in Unity: For me lighting has always been a pain point in Unity using HDRP. With Ray tracing it's pretty great, you have Raytraced reflections and GI. No problem. But it's limited to the most high end GPU's. For lower end hardware(which most gamers have)

One change I'd love to see from @Unity is not having to pay to remove the Unity spash screen in builds. To devs it feels like a "premium" product means not promoting the engine. Instead I think there should be some other incentive to keep the splash like promotional opportunities
