It's very easy to think of yourself in all kinds of ways when you're untested, when you're untried, when you're in the morally ambiguous situations where morality blurs and reality demands compromise.

Caught Sofia Isella live at Irving Plaza in NYC and honestly, seeing her dive into the crowd gave me hope. Some artists still honor the sacred art of crowd surfing. Props to her for keeping that old school concert ritual alive. It’s a lost etiquette these days.

Murmuring is a thief of purpose. Each minute spent complaining is a minute buried alive. Feed that habit long enough and you’ll rot from the inside, your prosperity turned to bone dust. Before long, life will strand you in a wasteland of your own whining, gasping on regret. 🖤

The middle class wasn’t only an economic category, it was also a moral one. It showed that you had lived the right way, responsibly and with discipline. So when it disappears, it doesn’t just take your sense of security; it takes your identity with it.

It’s a bit quirky to notice how some imagine collapse like it's going to just show up one day like in the movies and everyone will see it widespread at the exact same time. But here's the thing, that's not how things fall apart. All you need are eyes, ears and a pulse.

What 2025 has taught me: Caring is a limited resource. It speaks in volumes within the eyes when you step outside your front door.

Hard times used to call people together; now they scatter. Everyone drifts into their own insulated bubble, phones glowing, distractions humming, coping mechanisms on standby. It’s not rebellion we’re seeing; it’s survival mode. Null to satellites and the clankers.
