Proud to be representing Pennsylvania Health Care Association in Westmoreland County at a roundtable discussion on the Community HealthChoices program - and ensuring we have a strong long-term care continuum in PA. Thanks to PA House Republicans 🇺🇸 for hosting this important discussion.

A BIG 'thank you!' to Rep. Maureen Madden and the House Aging Committee for allowing Pennsylvania Health Care Association to testify in support of HB 1310, legislation that would positively address #medicaid reimbursement for nursing homes. Check out yesterday's hearing below. youtube.com/watch?v=q8UIen…

Thanks to so many of our Pennsylvania Health Care Association members and business partners who stepped up this week to advocate on behalf of #longtermcare in #Pennsylvania at the AHCA/NCAL Congressional Briefing. We were proud to stand up for LTC providers, staff, and residents throughout PA.

One of the best parts of my job is connecting with - and learning from - LTC advocates throughout the U.S. And that certainly includes Jalene Carpenter and Nebraska Health Care Association. Thanks to AHCA/NCAL & Provider Magazine for hosting us in their latest podcast. podbean.com/ep/pb-pz83b-18…

Let’s be clear: this is not just a hospital issue. Pennsylvania Health Care Association stands against any proposed cuts to #medicaid and the provider assessment program. These cute will ultimately strain and further impact state budgets throughout the country. Look elsewhere for savings.

Thank you, Senator Joe Picozzi! Pennsylvania Health Care Association was proud to be involved, along with our friends at the PA Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.

We will always defend against #medicaid cuts in DC, but we MUST advocate for Medicaid investment in #Harrisburg! Pennsylvania Health Care Association is committed to addressing the funding shortfall that has impacted so many providers, workers, and residents throughout PA.
