It was a cloudy morning after the rain all night. I walked into this gothic churchyard, where old gravestones,dry stone walls covered with ivy & plants. Creepy crowlers enjoyed the moisture on grass and air. Beautiful bird songs occasionally disturbed by pheasants’ call Thorpe

Norman font with carved lion figures. There is another new font in the church but this one was discovered buried in the garden and brought back to the church in respected place. Shobdon, St. John’s church
