Hey, Grok, who was the most famous person to visit my profile? It doesn't need to be a mutual, don't tag them, just say who it was.

The arrival of 450033, 450079 and 450048 mark the start of another weekend trip, and no prizes for guessing what this one involves 🤣 First it’s 1A12 up to Woking.

Next was 450030 and 450040 from Woking. I originally planned to catch these all the way up to Waterloo as they worked 1P14, but en-route a better plan emerged!

Decided to jump off 1P14 at Clapham to hop onboard 701039 and surprise Ethan on his way into the capital. Catching 2H10 the one stop to Vauxhall seemed like a great idea until we got down there and found out nobody was allowed into the Tube station!

Time to board my first ever Grand Central service in the form of my last required Grand Central 180 for sight, 180114 ā€˜Kirkgate Calling’ up to Peterborough as it works 1N90 to Sunderland. I part ways with Ethan here, but we could well see each other again later!

Today is the last day of booked 455s on Reading services. Despite the love people have for these units, there’s no denying that they’re not suited to Reading runs. With that being said, I’m out for an afternoon of travelling on 455s as they do their last ever Reading services.

After a nice run up from the capital, I’ve realised just how much I actually appreciate air conditioning on trains… Time to head back now, this time sat onboard 5733 with 5856 trailing.

Righto, the last 455 service to Reading! 5717 and 5865 have the honours of working 2C73- Oh, there’s no guard, and a trespasser at North Sheen ā˜¹ļø Sadly then it looks like the 16:09 was actually the last 455 service to Reading, unless of course there’s some set swaps in the week.

This.... this right here is why I can't be trusted with Internet access and a disposable income šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø but I had to! A #Team70 USB stick! I think it's a promotional item made for the class 70s when new, I don't really know anything about it, other than I had to have it šŸ˜‚šŸ˜

London Northwestern Railway 350104 (former 2023 Eurovision livery) now in the plain white livery. Shame, I really liked that livery

Fantastic news for Manchester! It’s great to see more transport projects coming about in this country, albeit if they get delayed or go over budget. Looking forward to hearing more as development begins!
