Do publishers now make books in hardback for libraries and paperbacks for consumers? I've been looking at a book and I can't find it new in hardback and the used ones are $400+.

My son is telling me about a movie trailer he saw. It apparently concerns a bunch of kids who were on the naughty list and thus got no presents from Santa. Rather than wondering why they were on the naughty list, they decide to go all Nicolas Cage and raid the North Pole. Hmmmm..
