Frustrating to see the growing numbers of students engaged in paid work flippantly described as a 'lifestyle choice' rather than the result of the spiraling costs of living

They’ve done it! 👏 Over 3,500 Next workers have WON a 6-year battle for equal pay with their largely male warehouse counterparts. This is a huge step in challenging the systemic undervaluing of women’s work. Let’s keep pushing to end sexism and unequal pay.
