My first PhD student at King's has built an experimental setup for drop impingement tests on heated surfaces -- today, we saw the Leidenfrost phenomenon!

忙しい時こそ色々な仕事が進むというのは本当ですね。この一ヶ月、授業、試験作成、博士アップグレード試験のパネル×3、論文査読などで睡眠時間が削られていながら、論文が3本投稿された（うち解析の一部を担当した共著2本）。ただ家のことはできていないから、人間できることは限られていますね。

Great visit to Bristol University of Bristol to give a talk on rapid spray cooling. It was exciting to discuss the topic with an interdisciplinary group from their Engineering School. Thanks to Dr. Bo Li for hosting me and giving me a tour of their amazing engineering labs.

It was an honour to welcome HRH The Princess Royal for the official opening of the Quad building - our state-of-the-art teaching & research hub for Engineering. She met with academics, researchers & students, who showcased their groundbreaking work, & our vibrant STEM societies
