Both of the Yukon Meadows brews that we’re releasing on Meadows Day were made using barrels from our pals at Two Brewers Whisky. We were able to secure these barrels from @yukonspirits thanks to head brewer Rob’s long history and many friends in the Yukon.

Dram the 2nd - Yukon Spirits Batch No. 5 - Sour Mash Distillation - 2013? I’ve had this a hot minute - I believe this was one of the first releases we loaded up on back in the ol’ Mactaggart Co-op. Notes : Brine, roasted chestnut, stewed plum, guajillo chili 🌶️
