Excited to share our work, new in Science Magazine: science.org/doi/10.1126/scβ¦. We explored how sex chromosomes, gonadal hormones, and their interaction shape cellular responses in aging and #Alzheimers mouse models. This led to key insights on Tlr7 and neurodegeneration π§΅(1/5)

Check out this new review article from our lab! "Strategies of Positron Emission Tomography (PET) tracer development for imaging of Tau and Ξ±-Synuclein in neurodegenerative disorders," written by Shekar Mekala, PhD and You (Emily) Wu. π doi.org/10.1039/D4MD00β¦

Excited to share this work from our lab, out in ACS Chemical Biology! π βIn Situ Labeling of Pathogenic Tau Using Photo-Affinity Chemical Probesβ by previous lab member Pengju Nie and current lab members You (Emily) Wu and Shekar Mekala, PhD pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10β¦

The Li lab bid farewell to Tanya Jain, Ph.D. last week.π₯² We will miss her so much but are very excited for her next chapter. Best of luck Tanya!π€
