Today we made our very own Supertato’s in the hope we can finally find and stop Evil Pea ! 🥔 St Gabriel’s C of E.

This week in maths, we have been learning all about 3D shapes. These two children build a house and ticked off the 3D shapes they used to help them build it 👷🏽St Gabriel’s C of E.

Still no sign of Evil Pea so we had to enlist the help of some super veggies 🌽 🥕 🍄‍🟫 St Gabriel’s C of E.

At last ! We set a trap for Evil Pea and he fell for it 😁 Our classroom is safe once again 😅St Gabriel’s C of E.

This week we have been exploring the different parts of a plant and learning about what they need to grow 🪴 We then planted some herbs in our mud kitchen 🌱St Gabriel’s C of E.

Our Garden Centre is open for business 🌸💐 The shop keepers have been overrun with customers. They have been taking orders, counting money and supplying their customers with all of their garden needs 👩🏽‍🌾 St Gabriel’s C of E.

Supertato needed our help again! He wants to invite his friends for a party and serve them soup 🥣 We tasted the vegetables to help him decide what to put in the soup, wrote a recipe for him to follow and sent out invitations. We can’t wait to help him make it! St Gabriel’s C of E.

What an amazing trip to Acorn Farm 🌟 We learnt lots of new facts about animals, got to pet and feed some of them and even managed to squeeze in time for a play 😊 St Gabriel’s C of E.

Today we solved some tricky maths challenges to help us practice how to write our subtraction number sentences 🌟 St Gabriel’s C of E.

Today we have been learning about mapping. We thought about our journey to school and created our own line maps based on what we see on our route to school St Gabriel’s C of E.

An absolutely fantastic trip to the beach in the sunshine for all of the Reception children today! 🏖️ We had a great time and the children were a credit to our school 🌟 Well done Reception ! St Gabriel’s C of E.

It’s voting day! After learning about the General Election we decided to hold a vote for this week’s Mindset Hero! We campaigned and told people why we deserve to win, filled in our ballot paper and posted it in the ballot box🗳️We are eagerly awaiting the result! St Gabriel’s C of E.
