Thank you to Young People for Progress for coming to our February branch meeting to talk about banning consent searches in MoCo & restorative justice in MCPS. We also heard from candidates for branch steering and got updates on rent stabilization regulations and Palestine organizing.

Last year, thanks to tenants & organizers, Montgomery Council passed a historic law to limit rent increases and fees. Now, the County Council must approve regulations to enforce rent stabilization. Write a comment supporting strong regs using our guide: docs.google.com/document/d/1ws…
