i’ve decided to drop my SA case despite the police reopening it & i’m happy with my decision. sometimes your well being is more important. it’s impossible to fight for justice when you have nothing left to give.

even if it’s difficult sometimes you have to prioritise your mental health over anything else.

the only regret i have about antidepressants is that i didn’t start them sooner, the difference it’s made is astounding, probably will be on them for life but that’s okay ☺️
