Whenever I've mentioned rising number of managers, people's minds immediately think 'government', but some of the largest increases in management share over the past 3 years have been in private sector goods-producing industries.

Opinion: for undergrad and to an extent master’s programs, it doesn’t matter which university you attend in Canada. Provided it is a public university, employers don’t care too much- programs are very similar. To me, whatever is affordable and local is best choice.
