i did yoga 3x yesterday. morning, afternoon, & evening. i’ve done Alternate Nostril Breathing for 5 minutes the past 3 days. this morning i did an hour of yoga, 5 minutes of breathing, & a 20 minute meditation. i feel really good.

i honestly think practicing pranayama has me a little more intentional. i’m going to keep practicing & update y’all.
