We believe in bridging the gap for education for all. Our ratio for students to guidance counselor is 700-1. That is unacceptable.

We are 4500 seats over capacity at 27,000 students. And we have 9 Yonkers Public Schools that over 100 years old.

Since 2015, Buffalo received 115 mil in school building aid - 46 mil to Rochester - 18 mil to Syracuse - 10.7 mil to Yonkers. It's our turn!

Since 2008, our personal income tax is up 18 million in the city. So we are giving more to Albany but receiving less.

We receive approx 372 dollars per student in Yonkers - while other big cities our size receive 990-3000 dollars per student.

Now is not the time to cut our state AIM aid. State roads & infrastructure, police stations, fire houses, public pools etc. all need repairs

Why is this only done 2 months out of the year? Fight for our kids all year round!

Today we raised the flag to fly over City Hall to honor the brave men and women who fought in the Vietnam War.
