Applying for a Turkish visa really cheered me up after I tried loads of times for a Schengen visa in the past two months. The application process for a Schengen visa, especially the French and Spanish one, is so humiliating and discriminatory that I decided to give it up 😥

On the first day of #bsps2023 there were many interesting presentations on migration and populations changes, fertility, intergenerational differences and relations. As a qualitative person, I kinda got lost in all these statistics and diagrams, but learnt much from these studies

Glad to present my research at #bsps2023 I don’t have fancy statistics and diagrams to show, but I’ve got pictures and stories to tell 😄 I think I am more confident of having discussions with quantitative researchers now after being bombarded by the statics and diagrams :)
