Big news from last week: On second reading, Tampa City Council passed an ordinance that made ADUs legal in almost a quarter of the city! Thanks to our volunteers for sending over 100 letters of support for this initiative! Now lets take it city-wide!

Can confirm: in Atlanta, the apartment building I'm moving into opened last November with studios starting at just shy of $1,700. When I signed last month, it became $1,299 with two months free. The concessions benefit renters in months, not years.

Single-family zoning doesn't guarantee that a neighborhood will never change. It just guarantees that it can only get more expensive.
