Made the trip to watch some NCAA DI Cross Country National Championships.

Congrats to Isaiah Loney, Thomas Loney, and Wyatt Turner! All 3 were named to the IATCCC 3A All-State Honorable Mention lists released this week. A tremendous season by #YtownXC this year, and these 3 young men were a huge reason why!

Anybody interested in getting a run in this Sunday should consider doing it in Morrows Meadow in Yorktown, as part of the Sleight It All The Way 5k! Proceeds go to support local families during the holiday season!

Both Houston and Duke run mile time trials in the offseason. Houston's team averaged 5:19 (spread 5:07-5:45). Basketball takes serious fitness to play at this level. The S&C never test yourself by running a mile crowd is not going to enjoy this game...
