There was no referendum offered to the Welsh people on the issue of lowering the number of Welsh MPs from 40 to 32. That was simply forced upon us by the Tories.

The problem, as always, with this idea of a place people want to be part of that pools sovereignty is that England has never demonstrated the tiniest inclination to act in a manner that would bring it about. So it will never happen.

I admire politicians who aspire to a vision.

I don’t understand why Mark doesn’t realise, if he wants to see his dream of pooled sovereignty, first we must regain ours so that we have it to give back.
