We dug a bit. This was put in place by an Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues board member. They saw a mother at the bus stop struggling to put a bandage on their kid and lamented the loss of shelters/benches. So they donated furniture. It's been there for more than a year. Stories like this fuel our work.
