Last Week Wednesday , YEC and partners organised Youth Day E-celebrations where Hon Kirabo Agnes the Youth Mp Central Region graced the ceremony , while addressing young people she said " Young people are greatly affected with nutrition deficiencies like diabetes .

obesity among others which is seriously risking their lives. All these are concerns government and other stakeholders must interest into for purposes of good health among young people. However, the choice of food starts with us the young people.

Always we need to ask questions like; what value do I gain from eating food ABCD? This will help us be safe from cancer, heart diseases, obesity etc. resulting from poor choices of food.

Covid19 has availed us an opportunity to reset our strategy as a country with involving the young people into the food production systems to enable us keep focused to the Sustainable Development goals call to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace.
