As a network Cardano is the most decentralized & most accessible. We are good on this front. We are overdoing it now by trying to have every single aspect be 'decentralized'. Funding mechanisms & giving out grants does NOT need to be 'decentralized', it needs to be effective.

Catalyst Fund14 Out of 1700 proposals, Only 137 got selected, 9% success chance. Few entities got more than 1 proposal funded, many got none. I bet many will think about whether it is worth applying again. Obviously sth is wrong with this funding and needs to change
