What a fun morning walking to school with the students from St. Stephen Catholic Elementary School🚶‍♂️Whether walking, wheeling with an assistive mobility device, cycling, scootering, rollerblading or skateboarding, there are plenty of fun and active ways for kids to get to school.

June 19th-23rd was Bike/Walk to School Week Light of Christ CES. What a healthy & fun way to start the day. Our Healthy Schools Team welcomed our riders with upbeat music, 'bike ballots' and some giveaways-even Friday's rain forecast didn't stop some of them. What is the best accessory for back to school? A bike helmet! 🚴 If you’re cycling, always wear your helmet. It’s the law for anyone under the age of 18 to wear a helmet while cycling. Your CSA approved helmet should fit snuggly and have no visible cracks. Watch to learn more!
