Great representation of Lally Lab and Trinity Engineering at the 25th Annual Sir Bernard Crossland Symposium - Celia Hughes winning 2nd prize in the poster category and Yasmine Guendouz, PhD winning first prize in the paper category!! TCBE
So proud of Celia Hughes and Yasmine Guendouz, PhD, representing Trinity Engineering at the Bernard Crossland symosium in Galway who got 1st prize in the paper category and 2nd prize in the poster category. Such well deserved wins - congratulations! #veryproudsuperviser
A big congratulations to Dr. Niall Linnane RCSI_StAR MD scholar on winning the Charles S. Kleinman Scholarship Award at #picsymposium2022 @PICS_Society. A great achievement and example of collaborative research! TCBE RCSI CHI at Crumlin Tríona Lally

Very happy to share this study from my PhD in ATVB: An AHA Journal - highlighting the exciting potential of DTI in arterial tissue and atherosclerosis. Thanks to everyone involved for getting this out! Tríona Lally @kerskenslab + Dr. Alan Stone European Research Council (ERC) Institute of Neuroscience, Trinity College (TCIN)
Excited to share our latest paper in Biomechanics and Modeling in Mechanobiology! We combined ex vivo diffusion tensor imaging with mechanical characterisation of atherosclerotic plaques and found DTI-derived tractography provided key mechanical insights into different plaque microstructures link.springer.com/article/10.100…
Applications welcome for a great fully funded @DREAL_ie project in TCBE using machine learning to identify biomarkers of carotid plaque rupture from MR QSM imaging in our lab collaborating with Prof. Karin Shmueli's MRI Group and Catherine Mooney. RTs appreciated. #PhDposition #MachineLearning
So proud of the wonderful and talented Drs. Brooke Tornifoglio and Rob Johnston who graduated with their PhDs today. It's been a privilege to be part of their careers to date. Congratulations!! TCBE Trinity Engineering #proudsupervisor
Thank you for an amazing GRCBiomechanics conference in Mount Holyoke! Very honored to have won an outstanding poster award. Even more delighted to have made many friends along the way! 💫
