In August 2017, a Ms 7.0 Earthquake occurred in close vicinity to Jiuzhaigou, China, triggering almost 2000 landslides. Many waterfalls in the World Heritage Site of Jiuzhaigou National Park were completely destroyed. A picture before the chaos. True rarity.
