The Positive Control is an entirely synthesised "nucleotide" that is meant to be PURE target sequence. If you were expecting this to amplify in qPCR tests at say 1 or 2 cycles, you'd be very wrong.. It is a whopping < 27 Cycles!!

The push for a "Gold Standard" of PCR tests is doing nothing more than validating fraud. By Accepting there is a "TRUE Positive" you accept that it is possible for it to work at all. The PCR does not measure what it claims to measure, I have proof.
