Healthcare is hard. Everyone wants to "fix" healthcare. But it's mired in complexity, is deeply personal, the economics don’t work, incentives are not aligned, and change is always hard given the embrace of status quo.

Becoming an attending is not a transition between having help and having no help. It is a transition to full ownership of for the decision to seek help. Never stop seeking help. Never stop learning.
