As we wrap up national athletic training month I want to throw some advice out there for other young professionals and students/soon to be ATs. As someone who has navigated through plenty of adversity in my young career, I feel I’ve learned a lot about myself and this profession:

Stop chasing butterflies they will fly away.

Build a beautiful garden and then they will come to you.

Even if they don't you still have a beautiful garden.
