Coming out November 18… these’ll make a great set for personal study, one-on-one mentoring, small group, church-based training, or undergrad theology.

“In turning away from God & the truth which he has given, man has thus become 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘭𝘺 foolish in regard to what man is and what the universe is. Man is left w/ a position with which he cannot live, and he is caught in a multitude of intellectual and personal tensions.”

I didn’t think he’d be relocating to Nova Scotia. I’ll always be glad that I was at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School when he was and had the privilege to study under him.

Sin whispers, "Give in to temptation. It will satisfy you." But giving in to sin doesn't satisfy your desire for it. It only provokes it, strengthens it, and makes you desire it more. Don't feed the beast. Flee to Jesus, He alone will satisfy your soul.

He knows my frame, my feelings, my wants, and my trials; he permits, yea, invites me to cast all my cares upon him; he assures me that he careth for me, and therefore I only wish to do or suffer according to his will today, and to leave the concerns of tomorrow in his hands.
