Visited some apartments in Noida for a friend. 3 & 4 BHKs going for ₹4-5Cr. The roads outside are broken. Guards are untrained & poorly dressed. The entrance gives substandard feeling. Inside, the rooms are cramped. Makes you question how we've been sold on the idea of "luxury."

India needs more such think tanks to support tech founders and engineering kids. I am sure that icons like anand mahindra Sridhar Vembu Nithin Kamath Kunal Shah ashutosh Narayan Murthy Azim Premji....will play a much larger role in the coming times.
