A4) Fostering professional growth for my staff only happens when I ask them what they need and find ways for it to happen. If they need time, I provide time. If they need resources, I provide those. They are the practitioners making it all happen! #leadlap

A3) Building trust happens when you listen and acknowledge the challenges teachers are having. Filtering what it put on their plate is very important. I do my best to keep the “extra” off their plates and have them focus on what’s most important. #LeadLAP

A2) I make myself visible on the campus so I can check in on teachers during lunch and transitions. Every conversation is a connection and builds trust. #LeadLAP
