A few creative experiments in the kitchen led us to 'Pizza Quesadillas'. We used runny honey to sweeten the tomato sauce (trust us on that) & the tortilla wraps fold perfectly for easy dipping into guacamole or sour cream dip.

This year on #InternationalWomensDay we take a moment to pay tribute to Grandmother Ivy; she perfected our award winning recipe circa 1930, and although her family had been making cheddar since the 18th century it was her pioneering approach that formalised the recipe & business.

Trees symbolise the 'inter-connectedness' of everything & here in Somerset, folklore tells us that the oldest tree in the orchard will 'direct farmers to treasure'. We're yet to find treasure, but we connect with nature every day here at the farm.
