Join Wexford Spirit Guides in the The Sky & The Ground on 2nd Feb for our Centenary Prohibition Tasting and taste a 100 year old American whiskey and some new American Single Pot Still from Talnua Distillery , the first tasting in Ireland from this Visit Colorado based diistillery.

Getting ready to kickstart our Prohibition tasting tonight in The Sky & The Ground Big thanks to Whiskey Craft John, Dennis, charlie roche, Eric Ryan, & especially Weronika the staff of the Sky for the efforts putting this together.

We’re off, there’s 4 cocktails, 3 whiskeys and a bathtub gin to go through. The bourbon is a 1917 17 year old. It a rye mash for certain. Still lots of life left in it too. Thanks to George Temus for keeping it safe for us. Sláinte
