Icy spots remain this morning, especially on bridges & overpasses, after recent snow. A light overnight coating has worsened slick conditions. Snow showers will taper off, but may still add light accumulations & briefly reduce visibility. Slow down and use extra caution.

Snow has tapered off, but slick conditions remain on many primary and secondary roads, especially on bridges and in the higher elevations. Crews are still treating trouble spots, so drivers should slow down, allow extra stopping distance, and use caution on ramps and expressways.

Snow, slush, and icy spots reported in higher elevations and mountain corridors. Many northern and eastern mountain counties show plowed/treated conditions, but some secondary roads remain snow- or ice-covered. WVDOH is actively treating where needed.
