Last night we faced North Down in a league game. Lucy Lyttle took her first ever wicket for WCC, then added another 3, ending up with 4-5 in her 2 overs. Katie Hunter and Rebekah Evans then lead the run chase. Great to see our younger girls heavily contribute in the 9 wicket win!

On Tuesday night our women were back in action with the Challenge Cup. Choosing to batwent in our favour this time. A great opening partnership between Sam Todd (38*) and Rachael Harrison (21). Along with some outstanding bowling Cara Murray 4-10. Waringstown won by 35 runs!

Last Wednesday we had our Academy Girls Awards Night. This is the first year of our girls section in our club, finishing the year on a high playing 3/4 matches and putting out 2 teams on some days. All the girls throughly enjoyed themselves each and every week!!
