⚡️ISW: Russia’s withdrawal from Kherson ignites ideological fracture between pro-war figures and Putin.
Russia’s withdrawal from Kherson is eroding confidence in Vladimir Putin’s commitment and ability to deliver his war promises, according to the Institute for the Study of War.
On Nov. 12, a pro-war Russian ideologist Alexander Dugin openly criticized Putin — whom he referred to as the autocrat — for failing to uphold Russian ideology by surrendering Kherson.
"Direct criticism of Putin within the pro-war community is almost unprecedented, and Dugin’s high-profile and unhinged attack on Putin may indicate a shift among the Russian nationalist ideologues," the ISW found.

⚡️3 emergency workers killed demining in Kherson Oblast.
The workers were assisting with the demining process after parts of the oblast were liberated by Ukraine, the State Emergency Service said.
They were killed by Russian mines that exploded during the demining process.
⚡️UN: At least 6,826 civilians killed by Russia's war against Ukraine.
According to the United Nations human rights agency, Russia's war against Ukraine has killed at least 6,826 civilians and injured at least 10,769 from Feb. 24 through Dec. 19.
