Thank you Claire Coutinho for highlighting this case. A reminder that that it is St George's, Epsom and St Helier who initially pursued this case against Jennifer Melle. Is this trust really in a position to afford to lose good nursing staff such as this? As locals, we say absolutely not.

This is madness. The Darlington Nurses have now been reported to the Nursing & Midwifery Council. They face sanctions or even being struck off after they objected to their NHS Trust’s policy which forced them to share a changing room with a man. @WesStreeting must intervene.
