Lest we forget the thousands who made the ultimate sacrifice when they stormed Normandy Beach, 80 years ago today.🇨🇦

Our thoughts are with the Toronto Police Association and Toronto Police Operations member who was shot in the line of duty today. From all of us at the Winnipeg Police Association, we want to wish the member a full and speedy recovery. 💙

At approximately 10:30 pm on August 20th 2024 a member of the Sarnia Police Service was stabbed while responding to a person in crisis call. The officer, a 13-year veteran of the SPS received multiple stab wounds and was transported to hospital by EMS. He is expected to recover
