⭐️Hi all We have spinning classes available on Tuesdays in Ashbourne at 7.15 pm for 45 mins. There are 13 bikes available - open to all members - girls & boys. Please revert this week if interested as we need to book. Price will be less if we take all spaces. Starting asap

It is with great sadness to hear of the passing of our key clubman Shane Heeney’s father, Peter Heeney. Thoughts are with the Heeney family at this time. May Peter rest is peace. God bless
