In this review, the authors have summarized the structural characteristics and application potential in #cancer #immunotherapy of these #polymeric gene vectors based on poly(L-lysine), poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid), #polyethyleneimine , poly(amidoamine) and hydrogel system.
