Pretty poor experience so far at the Omni Hotels & Resorts Amelia Island Plantation. Waited over 4 hours for a room while others arriving much later got theirs. No text ever arrived - had to inquire at desk. Now we sit with no luggage. Supposedly will be here before our dinner tonight.

Wow. Renting from Thrifty Car Rental in ABQ. 45 minute wait in line. 45 minute wait for a gas powered vehicle - and they are charging me for an upgrade for not taking EV. Was supposed to get Ford Focus or equivalent. Focus is not an EV. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Over 2 hours and no car. Now they have lost my info. Thrifty Car Rental Lovely service. Guess they punish people who dare object online.
