A very important book that brings hope when often there seems to be none. Thank you to all of you who contributed with their personal stories❤️

What Ive realised over the last 2 years is how you deal with your cancer is very much determined by your next thought.
Keep your thoughts positive and the cancer experience is much better. It can never hurt to be positive.

Lost count of the number of Covid jabs I’ve had anyway that’s another one probally about No 11.
My body feels like a pin cushion lately with the number of jabs and injections and tests in the last week.
Got to be done, onwards and upwards keeping positive 🙏

Quality day today spending time with the family making memories.
Times are going to get tough memories are so important for comfort. I’m grateful for the fact that everyday is a chance to enjoy life. Cancer doesn’t stand a chance when you have ❤️

Received the chemotherapy letter yesterday and the fact sheet that goes with doxatel
Got to say I won’t lie I’m a touch scared.
It all depends on the results of the CT and bone scans I’ve had.
Only one way to fight this and that’s to be as positive as possible.

Full body bone scan today hoping the cancer hasn’t spread.
Won’t find out the results for a while it’s torturous.
Going to keep positive and just tell myself it’s all good.

There is not such thing as terminal cancer.
You have to believe that if just one person can survive the cancer you have then why can’t you. It just has to be possible otherwise no one will survive.
It’s what keeps me going and fighting this fight.

Amazing, 1st zoladex injection after putting up with the Degaralix side effects for 2 1/2 years every month and no pain whatsoever so ever, no reaction at all.
What a difference

Everyday I fill in a gratitude journal it’s simple write 3 things that you are grateful for each day
I do it in the morning and just before sleep.
It’s a great way to start a positive mindset no matter what you are going through

What the fuck is going on
I’m supposed to have a life saving injection on Monday only to be told by the hospitals we can not get hold of the Degaralix injection as it’s in short supply.
Cancer I can cope with
The NHS I can’t 🤬
