I might be experiencing the WORST customer service ever on @delta - over a 2 hour delay leaving Athens, having to get rebooked in amsterdam, and they have the audacity to downgrade our flights - rather than upgrading when an upgrade is available.

So basically Delta doesn’t care about their delta amex reserve card holders or platinum flyers. They would rather us be stranded internationally apparently. So why exactly should we continue spending money with you?
