Flames from the manholes, South St. & Baltimore St. Baltimore Fire Dept incl Hazmat & SOC units on the scene. Newest fire coming from a manhole near Tower 1, requiring its relocation. Detours expanding, now Light St to the West. Awaiting de-energizing from BGE. OEM enroute.

UPDATE: the total is 10 patients evaluated, 5 taken to the hospital. 100 employees at Holly Poultry were evacuated. Baltimore Fire still working to confirm source of the hazmat, believed to be possibly carbon monoxide WMAR-2 News
