We’ve been putting our new release wines together and I keep on writing myself notes to send to Raymond Chan . Can’t say how much NZ wineries are missing you Raymond- for your professional work but also cause you were such a great bloke !!! One of a kind !

Sue Davies Raymond Chan Raymond was such a nice guy with a great sense of humour. He taught me so much about wine, however I will remember him most when i eat Chinese popcorn off the bottom of the rice cooker.
