Definitely more cooking. Trying new things. Oe of our favs is a new fish taco recipe. Spicey with a bit of heat. A racey white like a reisling pairs nicely. #kbtribechat

A1) Another is Spaghetti with Garlic, Hot Pepper and Anchovies. A Pinot Grigio or nutty Vermentino pairs nicely. #kbtribechat

A2) Fav Appetizer always seems to involve aged prosciutto, fresh mozzarella cheese and cherry tomatoes. I tend to go for A nice Reisling/Pinot Gris or Rose with it. #kbtribechat

A2) Or I'll substitute smoked salmon for the prosciutto. #kbtribechat

A3) Experimenting with more veggie dishes this summer. this was Eggplant Parm. Side of pasta. Small salad. This French JJ Vincent Chardonnay paired beautifully. The fat of the wine vs the acidity of the food. #kbtribechat

A3) SO looking forward to Fall/Winter and aged port with nuts, hard cheese or good chocolate after dinner. #kbtribechat
