Had our Ofsted inspection this week. I have to say the process is wholly unacceptable and I fear for anyone having to go through this. Good luck. Judgements were largely fair ; the damage to the mental and physical health of staff is irreversible.

Just received this from someone I know really well & it’s completely floored me. This is why I want the petition to get to 100k - Ofsted must change before the sadly inevitable happens again.

School leaders have contacted me every week since the news about new about Ruth Perry’s death broke. Irrespective of their Ofsted grades they tell me that inspections are leaving their staff feeling traumatised, demotivated and worn down.

Should anyone be put through inspections like this?

Ofsted changes … not even close. - told the year a school may be inspected (we knew this) - safeguarding judgment reviewed after 3 months (affects 12 schools) How about we start with the real issues: - Remove gradings. - Be human - Leave safeguarding to LA audits Shambles

Absolutely this. The relief on Wednesday afternoon. The 10-12 anxiety. Leicester City analogy works. Improving the support is like sending more medics instead of stopping the war . Get a grip and listen to the people. #ofsted
