Do live activites not work for anyone else in iOS 18/Xcode 16.1? Created a brand new sample project, works in sim but not on device.

Shoutout PhotoRec It's up there with ffmpeg for me as far as incredible open source software goes

For the life of me I can't get Live Activities working anymore. I can get a sample project on Github that'll work fine, I'll copy the code exactly into my project and it won't work.

Desperately need some help, can anyone tell me why this Live Activity does not start on device? github.com/WillBishop/Liv… That's about as empty as a sample project as you can get, but when I click "Start" and close the app it looks like this and won't show on the Lock Screen
