Places where children eat free (or for £1) this October Half Term! 🎃

Join us for our EYFS Open Evening on Tuesday 4th November at 5pm. This is for children starting Nursery (Jan 2026) or Reception (Sept 2026). Come meet our wonderful team, explore our engaging environment and discover what makes Willows so special!

Get active and have fun this half term – for free! Active Lichfield Communities will be running exciting sessions. Open to ages 7–19, all sessions are led by qualified, friendly coaches and some take place at Curborough Community Centre. activelichfield.co.uk/holiday-fun-2/

The School Pupil Board were proud to deliver our Harvest Food Donations to Lichfield foodbank . We are so grateful to our families and friends for their kindness, generosity and continued support.

Launching our Whole School Mini Adventure with Green Up Your Act this morning as we look at how recycled materials can become something beautiful to treasure. We can’t wait to learn more about becoming Guardians of our Planet.

Y1 have had an incredible time launching our Whole School Mini Adventure, Guardians of the Planet! They have taken part in an Eco Fish Workshop, where they have explored the danger litter can cause to marine life. They went on to create a piece of art using recycled materials!

Year 6 violinists wowed us with their skills in assembly this morning. #lovelearning

A frosty fitness assembly this morning, but nothing stops us!

A super workshop led by Packington Farm for Year 6 this morning. We found out that a fruit salad could have travelled 25,335 miles before arriving on our plates! Can you believe that?

Lichfield Cathedral concert practice 🎶 Final rehearsal for the Christmas Festival concert tonight when some of our amazing choir are performing with 4 other schools. What a fantastic experience to sing in such a beautiful venue ❤️

Some super scientists in Year 6 today. We investigated which fruits or vegetables make the best batteries. The answer? Lemons! The citric acid acts like the electrolytes in a battery and the copper and zinc, like the cathode and anode. Wow!
